Founder, CEO & Inventor
Dr. Nishikant (Nish) Sonwalkar is an MIT-trained scientist, inventor, and serial entrepreneur focused on turning advanced photonics research into commercial clean-energy technology. As founder and CEO, he developed Photonic Smart Coating Technology and leads AdaptiveWaves India’s path from patented innovation to scalable solar, smart glass, and advanced materials applications. He previously built and led major adaptive learning and STEM technology initiatives at MIT.

Rahul brings over 18 years of experience across renewable energy and power infrastructure. At Oriano, he served as Head of Operations and most recently Chief Operating Officer, leading execution and delivery across clean-energy projects while strengthening organizational capability and process efficiency.

Pavan Bakeri is Chairman & Managing Director of Bakeri Group, with nearly three decades of experience in construction and real estate development in India. A Master's graduate in Engineering from MIT, where his research focused on polymer composites for aeronautics and astronautics, he is also a serial entrepreneur across renewable energy, software, UAVs, AI/ML, EV charging, and precast housing. He has received France's l'Ordre National du Merite and serves across education, startup, cultural, and social-impact institutions, including Swarnim Startup and Innovation University.

Dr. Amit Ashok Pathankar

Dr. Pathankar is CEO of Ergoniq and brings more than 25 years of leadership across engineering, R&D, manufacturing, IT, and renewable energy. He previously served as CEO of Waaree Energies and earned an MBA from London School of Business and Finance (LSBF).

Dr. M V Hanumantha Rao
Research Professor
Dr. Hanumantha Rao is a Research Professor in Physics at Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru, with M.Sc. and M.Tech degrees from IIT Delhi, a PhD in Physics from IIT Kharagpur, and graduate study at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. His work spans thin films, optical coatings, and space payload optics, including contributions at CMET Pune and LEOS-ISRO for Chandrayaan 1 & 2, Mars Orbiter Mission, and satellite geo-imaging payloads. He has published around 20 research papers, is a Fellow of the Optical Society of India, and received ISRO team awards for the Lyman Alpha Photometer for MOM and 1-meter class space optics development.
